Hackintosh on Acer Aspire 3610
After getting another laptop with a ruined windows to fix I’ve decided that from now on I’m going to solve this kind of problems in a totally different way.
This time it was an old Acer Aspire 3610 with 512 Mb memory. I was going to install Ubuntu on it but I also needed Photoshop so I’ve decided to try Hackintosh. I’ve downloaded iPC OSx86 Install Disk and spent the next 2 days solving the Still waiting for root device problem. But in the end I’ve found the working configuration:

I can’t say Mac OS X works very smooth on that laptop but it’s definitely usable. With another 512 mb memory it’s gonna be perfect for sure.

Странно, выставил все тоже самое и ничего не завелось:( система установилась якобы корректно, но при загрузке оной каждый раз перезагружает компьютер. в чем может быть проблема?

Попробуйте при загрузке указать ключ -v, чтобы выводился полный лог загрузки. Тогда можно будет посмотреть, что за ошибка заставляет его перезагружаться.

Вдохновился вашей статьей, сейчас сажусь ставить эту сборку на такой же старенький ноут, но гигом оперативы. Пожелайте мне ни пуха, не пера:)
PS. Как кстати сделать выбор операционки при загрузке? Хочу, чтобы у меня была и макось и семерка.

Я пробовал ставить винду и макось рядом, получилось только на разные винчестеры их установить.
